This Sunday, CSN’s James Hanson takes on Jamie Stephenson (Fight Lodge Spennymoore) for the Supremacy FC Semi Pro MMA 84kg Title. We just found out about this fight due to a drop out we were made aware of yesterday. Show James your support and come watch him fight at the Federation Breweries in Gateshead this Sunday (May 20th).

The next fight date that TEAM CSN will be entering fighters in to is here. It is in November. If you want to fight, the first thing you must do is train. Those of you away for the Summer, keep yourself in shape, be ready to hit the ground runing in september.

Last week of training for summer!
This week will be the last week of training at the University before the new freshers week starts up. So get yourself to training on Thursday and Saturday. All other training is on as usual at Men at Work on a Tuesday night and Vision Gym on a Wednesday. To all the students going home, keep up the training, enjoy the summer and see you in the new academic year! OoossS!
